On the way to my 5.30am PT Group this morning I reflected on the decision I had just made:
It's winter, it's cold in the mornings with the sun coming up later, it's much EASIER to hit snooze, roll back over and catch that extra 30mins of rest.... which is mostly spent thinking about what you have to do when you get up anyway.
I could model the successful and get cracking early... creating momentum and setting up my week with a ritual that ensures I am satisfying my 6 Core Needs (Certainty, Uncertainty, Significance, Connection, Growth and Contribution) in a resourceful way.
Set your alarm and put it in the next room... this forces you out of your comfort zone and helps kick start your day.
