Self Awareness is an Inside Job
Having little clarity, not knowing who you are and who you want to be, can be challenging… a challenge I personally faced a few years ago. Lacking Self Awareness impacts you, those around you, your career and your business.
Taking a step back allowed me to see what type of person I wanted to be, how I wanted to interact with others and how I would hold myself to my values, standards and expectations. By getting clear on me, I could then be that person and set about surrounding myself with similar people.
So if this is you, and you are definitely not on your own with this, take some time to get clear on what you want, who you want to be and draw on that certainty to grow and be successful. It’s worked for me, so I’m sure it can work for you !
