Styles of Leadership from Within
In this week’s video, I recognise there are different styles of leadership. Recognising your style and matching it to your teams is key to being effective.
The traditional view that leaders sat in the corner office and gave directions over the PA system is changing. What isn’t changing, and something that’s always been there, is that all members in a business or organisation have the ability to lead… in different leadership styles, regardless of their level. By proactively taking responsibility for setting an even higher standard, we can show others what is possible and how we can get even better results.
So this week, look at the areas you interact in. Are there opportunities for you to raise your standards and in the process help others see how they can do the same.
